UAS Glory Air UAVs demonstrate high reliability at Interregional Training and Methodological Gathering of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ufa

Ufa hosted the interregional training and methodological gathering of aviation personnel from the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs from 1 to 5 December. The event brought together specialists from over 20 regions operating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The gathering was attended by Major General Sergey Povolotsky, First Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technology, Communications and Information Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who highlighted the growing role of UAVs in the technical capabilities of law enforcement agencies.

At the Pervushino Airfield Complex, UAS Glory Air LLC presented two UAVs: OG-25, a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft, and a new fixed-wing model. The event also featured an exhibition of domestic UAV systems, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the cutting-edge developments from Russian manufacturers.

Flight tests were conducted under challenging weather conditions: moderate rain mixed with snow, drizzle, low clouds with a base of approximately 80–100 meters and wind speeds up to 10 m/s. Despite operating in icing conditions, both UAVs successfully completed their flight missions. The exercise was further complicated by the active use of electronic warfare measures.UAS Glory Air specialists chose to perform flights without GNSS (GPS/GLONASS) signals under these conditions, demonstrating the high level of autonomy and resilience of their proprietary flight control systems while maintaining stable video transmission.
The demonstration of UAS Glory Air UAVs generated keen interest among the participants. The showcased solutions clearly proved the readiness of the equipment for operation in challenging conditions and under external interference. As a result, UAS Glory Air continues to collaborate with Ministry of Internal Affairs experts to advance UAV capabilities for law enforcement applications.
